How Frank Kratovil Wins, Pt. III

Now we have some hard numbers on how many absentee ballots have actually been received. From the Maryland Board of Elections Press Room page:

ABSENTEES REQUESTED:  32,535 (14,160 DEM / 13,922 REP / 4,453 OTHERS) 
ABSENTEES RECEIVED:      25,539 (11,371 DEM / 10,924 REP / 3,244 OTHERS)

GEOGRAPHICAL INFO 
Western Shore Requested: 13,335 
Western Shore Received:   9,578 
Eastern Shore Requested: 18,963 
Eastern Shore Received:  15,961

Election Results Reporting

The counting of election results will continue for approximately three weeks. Unofficial polling place results will be posted followed by a re-tabulation of all memory cards.

Thursday, Nov. 6th, absentee ballots will begin to be counted. 
Monday, Nov. 10th, provisional ballots will begin to be counted. 
Friday, Nov. 14th, remaining absentee and provisional ballots will be counted.

Kratovil won Anne Arundel's absentee count by 16 votes. Harris expected to pick up votes there.

Harris has to pick up 77% of Harford to pull this off. It ain't gonna happen.
